Week Long Clinic

Dates: August 17 - 21, 2008
Times: Sunday, Aug. 17 3:00PM - 8:00PM
Monday, Aug. 18 - Thursday, Aug. 21 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Location: Surrey Sport & Leisure Arena Meeting Room
Pre-Registration Required. Class size limited.

Mandatory for all New Officials.

This clinic is for level 1 and 2 officials only.

Cost: Level 1- $110, Level 2 - $125
($20.00 Extra for Insurance if not already registered as a player or coach)

Pre-Registration required for all NEW Surrey Minor officials.
Refer to the Info for New Officials for more information on that process.

This clinic is for experienced officials only.

 Registration begins June 15, 2008

Cash or cheques for Surrey Minor officials payable to Surrey Minor Hockey Association.
One cheque for course and one cheque for insurance.
CASH only for anyone outside Surrey Minor.
Receipts will be issued for cash.

Cost: Level 1- $70, Level 2 - $80, Level 3 - $110
($20.00 Extra for Insurance if not already registered as a player or coach)
