Registration InformationReturning Player RegistrationRegistering the returning players for the 2010-2011 season will be required to be done on-line this season. This capability will be available between May 1 and June 15, 2010. Please read the information on how to register on-line. In order for returning players to qualify for the reduced fee, they must be registered on-line between May 1 and June 15 and must attend the AGM held on April 28, 2010. Note: Players that have played before but are transferring to Surrey MHA must contact the registrar to initiate the transfer prior to being able to register on-line. New Player RegistrationWe are now accepting pre-registration of new players for the 2010-2011 season. The following requirements must be met to complete registration:
If the above mentioned requirements are met, please pre-registered your child(ren) by completing the Pre-Registration form and send it in to the Registrar with the required fee (one child per form). The address is on the form. Once the form and fee are received, the Registrar will contact you as to when your registration date will take place. The pre-registration fee will be deducted off the total registration fee when the registration is complete. All new players pay the Reduced Fee. Registration fees for the 2010-2011 season are as follows (includes one practice and one game per week during the regular season):
*Hockey 1-2-3-4 is an Initiation Program. Players are evaluated and can be placed in a level higher or lower than what his/her age dictates, depending on the players ability. Hockey 1 does not have competitive games, therefore the cost is lower. Should a child whose birth year indicates they should play in Hockey 1, but the ability of the player moves him/her up to Hockey 2, the parent would then be required to pay the difference.
