Returning Player Registration Information
2010 - 2011 Season
To register your child(ren) this year, you will be required to register online and then
mail in your payments with the accompanied documents requested during the registration
session. At this time we will NOT be able to process credit card payments. Parents will be able to register online from any
internet connection, whether it is at home, office, library or school.
Note: you
will have to print at the end of the session so please ensure you have printing capabilities.
Follow these steps to register your hockey players on-line this year.
- Read the Manual on How
to Use the HCR Online Registration.
- Collect the personal information about the player you want to register. e.g. Child’s
Name, Date of Birth.
- Click on this link and follow the instructions.
On Line Registration
- Take printed information received after registering, attach your payments and mail to
Surrey Minor Hockey Association.
Note:
The Reduced Fees are in effect providing
that you are registered on line between May 1 and June 15, 2010, attend
the AGM in April 2010 and the approved payments have been received by July
1,
2010.
Once the June 15th deadline has passed, the full registration rates are in effect.
Payment must be in one of the following forms:
- Full payment:
- One cheque for full registration fee and dated May 15, 2010
- OR -
- Split payment (NOT Juvenile Division):
- One cheque for the amount in the schedule below dated dated May 15, 2010
- One cheque for the amount in the schedule below dated dated June 15, 2010
- One cheque for the amount in the schedule below dated July 15, 2010
- OR -
- Split payment (Juvenile Division ONLY):
- One cheque for the amount in the schedule below dated August 15, 2010
- One cheque for the amount in the schedule below dated September 15, 2010
- One cheque for the amount in the schedule below dated October 15, 2010

Note: Payments received after June 15th are not eligible for the split payment option. The entire registration fee must be submitted on one cheque after that time. The rate is subject to the registration being complete, received on time, and all payments being processed successfully. Please put
your child's name on each cheque.
Rep Tryout Fee:
The fee is $150 for each player wanting to tryout for a rep team and MUST be submitted as a separate cheque dated July
15th, 2010. No player is permitted to attend Rep
tryouts without submitting the rep try out payment. THERE WILL BE NO
ACCEPTANCE OF REP TRY OUTS AFTER JULY 15. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rep try out
cancellations are non-refundable after August 1st.
New Player Registrations:
New player registrations and families with siblings
they would like to register for the first time should contact the registrar via email to the
Registrar
and will be instructed to attend an open registration. For more information on registering new
